Author Cross-Promotions have Come of Age.
Promotions are continuous.
In May 2017 the weekly readership of the blogs exceeded 28,000 per week.
I offer extensive, genre-targeted blog exposure to up to twenty authors per month.
We provide quality, classic, posts to build readership, and authors' fans: No spam.
Would you like to be involved in an author cross-promotion that works,
not just for a weekend, but (depending on your input) for a month or years?
- Nothing other than any price and any time promotion, has changed for authors who assisted me in the development of the author cross-promotions with a donation. Nothing will change for you as long as you remain active in the promotions. You may continue to submit your books and cross-promote in the same way you did before.
New submissions from new authors:Free of charge option/ Your book information is to be accompanied by a reader interest original blog post, Read the page to get a good idea of what is required.
- Purchase an external promotion, option or do some reciprocal value skill trade with me to offset my time creating your promotional post. A minimal participation and low payment option. Provide a gift that I can offer readers as an exclusive bonus for contacting to the newsletter or purchase some social media boost of the blog promotion. You may suggest what you would like to do to get me to do the work of writing the blog that's going to ultimately promote you. You see, I've written promotional material, and promoted for a few authors who have done some of the weirdest things from getting angry with me because their interned didn't work, to submitting their books into promotions and on the eve of the promotion after every one has promoted their book—and they haven't, they have marked my newsletter as spam. I need to communicate better with authors entering cross-promotions to ensure that it is understood that I'm providing the website and co-ordination, bun every author participates in doing the work and thus reading mutual benefit.
Share the blog post (don't spam solo book covers in our promotion's name) through your newsletter and social media.
Please send me the screenshot proof of your social media promotion' or connect to my Facebook or Twitter accounts so that I see it, or I'll need to replace your book promotions section with a cross-promotion of another's books.
Existing authors who have both promoted and donated in the past, you remain on the same, informal, I trust you to do the right thing in cross-promoting, and I'm happy to write the blog for you to promote.
This new system will spread the promotion out steadily through the month, each author shares the main page link, which will show the last twelve blogs. The link that I give to each author is trackable, and if their blog doesn't show that it's been shared other than by me, in the week following having been published, I'll remove the non-promoting author's book links and promotions from the website..
You may price your books at any price you like, however, if you can allow me to add your freebie and or discounted book, that helps to attract readers for the blog and for you.

Cross-Promoting Authors are Doing It!
Write a blog that ties into the location or a theme that is in your novels. This could be as simple as grandma's chicken soup recipe if you write novels set in her era. The main thing is to write with your reader's interests at heart, and not in a spammy, 'buy my book' manner. Do not promote yourself or your novel in the blog post content. At the end of the blog content, I'll introduce you as the blog author and put in Amazon links to three of your books. You are not writing an advertisement. You need to provide reading content to interest readers. If readers like what you write, they may choose to look at what else you wrote. Allow readers to discover you, without shoving a sales pitch at them. Yes, I've repeated myself. I've done that to save my needing to turn away submitted blog content because it reads like an advertorial.
Resubmit your books monthly If your blog is accepted, you may re-submit a new blog post once that is being promoted to readers.
Here is a great example of a blog that I created with Alexa Chan.
The Historical City of Licata, Italy using her photos and notes. Note that I've also promoted my books in this blog post as I wrote it and sourced additional licenses to use photographs. Also, Alexa kindly made a contribution to the website's running expenses. Some financial contribution is expected if you are not providing me with work ready to be published. Alexa also shared the post on her social media, her author's newsletter, plus she has been active in assisting to cross-promote authors aside from herself.
Alexa Chan's example shows how cross-promoting with other writers works.
Have you read this page and checked out some of the example blogs? Are you still interested in having us showcase your writing and books to readers through our author cross-promotions? If so, prepare and send your copy and cross-promotion plan for consideration below.
I would recommend cross-promoting once per month, and booking your spot a month in advance.
Get your copy to me as soon as you can and I will slot it is as, next in line to complete. Don't push me to fit rush deadlines. I strive to do a good job, not a rush job. If I'm pressured, I'll will refuse to accept your ebook.
Blogs that I can publish without any editing will be published ahead of those that I feel I need to modify.
I can manage to cross-promote up to twenty authors per month by creating and promoting one blog per day x five days per week.
I will need to say, "No" to some authors, even good. ethical ones, if I cannot fit them in within the time frame they request. My work is voluntary. If the work exceeds what I can do in a day, I will not work through the night to meet your deadline.
Twenty authors a month-and me, that's the Top Twenty-One Indie Author Cress-Promotion team working to multiply our efforts, so that we are able to far exceed what we can achieve alone.
Welcome on board. My door is open to submissions now. Cheers, Ryn Shell.
I recommend Grant Leishman. He is affordable, and doesn't object to doing short work.
