As soon as people find out I am an Author, almost always, their first question is; What do you write about? or in other words; What is your genre?
We probably hang the same things most non-artists place on thier walls.
Portraits of my family, the flower art that I love most, and landscapes of those places with the best memories.
These paintings were photographed on my own walls tonight.
They aren't my best works.
They represent my best memories of places I love.

My latest eBook cover commission was created to order for author Reg Upfield, using four photo images.
About the author:
Reg Upfield is a retired teacher. When not travelling, he lives with his wife, dog and two cats, in a rural retreat off the beaten track, where he writes stories he'd enjoy reading, and occasionally fights pumpkin vines to keep in shape.
Welcome to my ebook cover – ART website.
My book cover designs are originals or one-of-a-kind.
The To Kill in Fire book cover was created from three major, fine art, oil paintings. Not something you knock up in a weekend.
I specialise in using my original artwork combined with several licensed photo stock, high jpg images, and photo manipulating them using Photoshop, to create exclusive images, ideal for book covers, for clients. POA.

Seymour is the home of a well-established railway museum and art Galleries - Old Courthouse and Old Post Office Seymour. It is a district rich in the arts and music. While there isn't a wealth of music stores to supply local artists, they can, if they seek a gutair, check it out at MusiciansFriend.com
I love the creations of the public artwork and the clean amenities block provided for passing tourists. Seymour is a great place to take a rest break and even stay and look around, view an art gallery, and enjoy a meal and stay overnight and enjoy a little of the surrounding countryside.
Seymour is the main town that services the nearby military base of Puckapunyal which is an important training centre for the Australian Army.
Seymour is the main base for agriculture in the Mitchell Shire; its main industries are equine, cattle, sheep and wine). I have been an exhibitor of my art and pottery sculpture, three times at the Seymour Alternative Farming Exposition which is held in February each year.

No one knows which artist was the first to use a camera obscura. Aristotle described the technique in the 4th century BC.
In the 15th century AD Leonardo da Vinci wrote a description of the camera obscura, though it is not probable he used such as an artist. It has been suggested (though not proved) that 15th century Flemish painters used it.
Some claim, the camera obscura was not invented until the 16th century.
We do know that Jan Vermeer and other Dutch artists used this early version of the camera, in the 16th century.
Visual images speak louder than words.
