The Botanical Gardens, Buninyong, by Jon Crawley '95
When I judged the Buninyong Art Show, I made Jon Crawley my winning artists. We have both been featured in the Australian Artist Magazine and have both held art classes in and around the same location in Victoria. Unlike me, Jon didn't set his art career aside on his sixty-third birthday to fullfill a fifty-year held ambition also to become a novelist. Jon's work is beautiful and exquisitely detailed while retaining all of the freshness of the watercolour medium. A visitor to my gallery offered me this work in exchange for one of mine. I jumped at the chance to acquire it. It has been in my private collection ever since. A collection I occasionally downsize slightly. Inquiries welcome.
That S/Be Again, that Reg Shell Oricinal Artwork S/Be Reg Shell Original Artwork
Misty Morning Australian Bush Landscape by Kathy Shell
I chose this simple landscape to follow the above magnificent work by Jon Crawley for art lovers who perhaps desired the above work, but didn't necessarily want the details, or the price that comes with all that additional work. This Australian bush painting is larger and, given its simplicity, by comparison, is half the price. Again, that same teaspoon in the main photo is an indicator of the size. Also, my camera has thrown a blue hue over the work. The mounts are off-white, so the paintings are warmer in appearance to the eye than these photoes show.
I must ask at a camera store for advice on how to get accurate hue in my photoes.

Watercolour and Goauche, Old Australian Rural Homestead, by Reg Shell. That's Right. This is a Rare, Reg Shell Original Artwork.
This is a small work in a large mount board. See that teaspoon to get an idea of the sizing. Close up detail below. Reg is a winner of first prizes in open art competitions and was a fellow exhibitor with Kathy at the Buninyong Gallery and on the Australian art tours. His love is for Australian bush paintings. He has retired from painting and art exhibiting.
This work is highly affordable. POA.
