We probably hang the same things most non-artists place on thier walls.
Portraits of my family, the flower art that I love most, and landscapes of those places with the best memories.
These paintings were photographed on my own walls tonight.
They aren't my best works.
They represent my best memories of places I love.
Emu Plains, (above) the Grampians, by Kathy Shell
The Grampians are where Reg and I honeymooned almost fifty years ago. I painted these when we returned to the Grampians for Reg's long-service leave. The paintings are too special to us to sell at this stage. Maybe in the future when we need to downsize more. These are both feature size works.
